Biography[]
Thomas Bishop is the current Managing Partner of the Los Santos Legal Department and one of the city’s most notable politicians. He is known to influence city policy in favor of true justice. As an aspiring congressman and profound member of the Republican Party, he sometimes makes appearances in radio shows across San Andreas.
In the city, Tom is moderately introverted and is therefore rarely seen in public. However, as an extreme sports enthusiast, he loves to attend large-scale sporting events; especially races.
Early Life[]
Tom was born into a middle-class, suburban family in northwest Oregon. His childhood was relatively normal with no serious adversities, so he excelled in school. As a classic teacher’s pet, he graduated with valedictorian honors from his high school and went on to pursue an education at Harvard.
After earning his bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Harvard Law, he enrolled in ULSA’s doctorate program. Upon graduating, he was hired by the Los Santos Legal Department and, at the pinnacle of over twenty years of employment, eventually worked his way up to the position of Managing Partner. It was during this time that his wife, who he had met at Harvard, coldly divorced him.
Recent Life[]
Tom has only recently taken an interest in politics after focusing on law for his entire life. He maintains that the local government in Los Santos is too restrictive and needs to be replaced, even if violence is necessary. He often preaches leniency in the court system and strongly influences legal interns with these views.
Even though he has sided with the LSPD in several monumental cases, criminals still love to hang with Tom, and he loves to hang with them. Ironically enough, his closest friends tend to have extremely lengthy criminal records. It is not known whether or not this is a coincidence.
