Ace Bishop was a Captain, and an Officer/Senior Officer for the LSPD, callsign A-1. He was appointed as a U.S. Marshal with The United States Marshals Service by Attorney General Salvatore Greco
He was charged with the task of helping to recruit and train prospective officers for the ailing Los Santos Police Department
Background Information[]
Ace Bishop had been a captain with the Colorado Police Department for over a decade when he received the news that he had been transferred to the Los Santos Police Department. Ace was a little apprehensive about the move, as he knew Los Santos had a reputation for being a city filled with crime and corruption.
However, Ace saw this as an opportunity to make a difference. He was excited to bring his experience and expertise to a new city, and to try and turn things around in Los Santos.
Captain of The LSPD[]
On his first day in the new job, Ace was introduced to his new team. He quickly realized that there was a lot of work to be done. The department was disorganized, and many officers were more interested in lining their own pockets than serving the community.
Ace knew that change would not come easily, but he was determined to make it happen. He began by meeting with each member of his team individually, to get a sense of their strengths and weaknesses, and to find out what their priorities were.
Ace then set about creating a new departmental strategy that focused on community policing. He wanted to make sure that the department was accessible and accountable to the citizens of Los Santos, and that officers were trained to build positive relationships with the community.
Ace also instituted new policies and procedures to ensure that officers were held to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. He created a system of checks and balances to prevent corruption and misconduct, and he made sure that officers were properly trained in the use of force and other critical areas.
At first, there was a lot of resistance from some members of the department. Some officers were set in their ways, and didn't want to change. But Ace was persistent, and he knew that if he stayed the course, he could turn things around.
Over time, Ace's approach began to pay off. Crime rates started to drop, and the department's reputation improved. Citizens began to trust the police again, and there was a renewed sense of pride among the officers.
Ace had succeeded in transforming the Los Santos Police Department, and he had done it with a mix of patience, determination, and a commitment to community-oriented policing. Marshal of The United States Marshals Service
During a meeting with The Attorney General Salvatore Greco on June 23rd, 1985. Ace along with Muffy Marshall and Enzo Valentino who were at the meeting at City Hall. The meeting ended with the Attorney General giving the opinion to then Senior Officer Ace Bishop to join The United States Marshals Service. With Ace saying yes, he was then appointed as a U.S. Marshal on June 23rd, 1985, for 30 days and Afterwords administered the oath by the Attorney General.

(anyone that wants to write/edit is welcomed) tldr: - The lspd got challenge by the college football team wolfpack (they're not really college students but middle age men that really like college football) , on a football match. They decided on Sunday, 14th may 2023 as their match date. - One of the member of wolfpack is Zane Spade, who is a Ci working for the police, his end goal is to throw the game and join the PD. -Sunday comes around and the match is staged at the University of San Andreas, Los Santos field. - The opening was sung by Bonnie McDowell + she also passes out while playing bagpipes. - The game played in 6v6, the game is refereed by Finn hero. - There's a stunt show in the mid show, the stuntmant failed part of the act by falling of the bike but remained uninjured. - The winner of the game is the bears (lspd) 4 to 3. - During the last inning the ref Finn hero is accused of fraud for delaying the match in the side of the wolfpack and is handcuffed for the rest of the day. - The wolfpack declared that they all win cause the fun they made in the process. - Ace announces they should have drinks on the lspd, at the yellow jack, which harper changed the location to Pop’s Diner - they then had drinks in the diner and all of them get drunk. - They had a photo to commemorate the event. Aftermath: - Ace is met by zane, and tells him his like a son to him and gives him the option to stay with the wolfpack, or join the pd, zane accepts to join the pd, also saying the wolfpack, just drinks beer and play football / talk about football. Not a gang that traffics drugs - Ace leaves the diner with howie, to show his newly acquired house in sandy, he proceeded to drive while intoxicated and hit members of the wolfpack in the vehicle while leaving to the highway. - The member named Jesse Maxemus gets run over by Ace Bishop in his police vehicle then proceeded to get kicked by wolfpack members in an attempt to resuscitate him. He unfortunately passed away. Then one of the members while drunk decides to run to the highway, gets hit by a truck and also dies. - Ace went and tell howie to buy an rv to park in his place, he then got told by a bystander that the commander had a car accident and needs medical. - Enzo and Muffy arrives to tell ace the news, that the person that he hit at the diner was dead. while this is going, the commander become critical and needs to be rushed to the hospital. - Hearing the news about him possibly killing a person, ace and howie decided to hide their car in an unknown alleyway, and proceeded to run away to the airport. - Lionel Riggs heard about the news that Ace possibly murderered a member of the wolfpack, finds ace and strategize on a plan. - They didn't come to an understanding and ace and howie proceeded to leave to the airport. Ace then announced on radio that he will be leaving town for a couple of days, while howie follow suit. - Riggs and the rest of the pd decided to visit the commander in the hospital, but bad news comes to them as the commander was declared dead. Riggs then announces himself as interim commander of the lspd. - Riggs was then called in to the ga's office and the attourney Salvatore Greco interrogate him. They come to a conclusion to have a warrant for the arrest of Captain Ace Bishop for vehicular manslaughter. |
